A radical transformation of an existing family home to a three-storey building, housing four beautiful apartments in a clean modern and contemporary style. The design is inspired by the rapid slope of the cascading site, and the natural orientation following the sun-path. The butterfly roof brings a lightness and finesse to cap off the building.

Given the naturally beautiful surroundings, it was important to preserve as much as possible the green component of the existing garden and to landscape accordingly to encourage an outward-looking perspective from the apartments.
