A new build housing project in inner city east London comprising two new apartment blocks: one providing transitional accommodation for former rough sleepers and the second offering a high-density mix of shared ownership accommodation. This project responds well to a challenging urban context with the transitional accommodation building clad in traditional London brick to the street façade and a softer, more intimate timber-clad courtyard façade. The shared ownership building has a render finish punctuated by generous full height windows.
